Fresh summer rolls filled with crispy tofu, vegetables, mango, and glass noodles, wrapped in rice paper and served with teriyaki sauce.
Wrap the tofu in some kitchen paper and weigh it down to press out excess water.
Break the tofu into pieces and dust with the starch.
Fry the tofu in the pan until crispy, then add the teriyaki sauce and toss the tofu in it.
While the tofu is frying, cut the vegetables and mango into thin strips.
Pour boiling water over the glass noodles and let them soak for 5 minutes.
Briefly moisten the rice paper on both sides, then fill with all ingredients and roll up.
